PICERNO Francesco Building Company is developing a new holiday resort in
Scalea, using technically advanced buildings which are however
in-keeping with the surrounding countryside.
Our
Building Company has been operating in real-estate for more than twenty
years and boasts vast experience in the construction of holiday homes

The Holiday Resort
consists of nine villas each containing four apartments. Each apartment
is fully facilitated and self-contained and has a large garden. Each
apartment also has its own private car-parking space. There is also a
large semi-Olympic size swimming pool (12.5m x 25m) available to all
residents. |

The apartments open onto the garden via a
patio area which is partly covered in order to ensure all
residents stay cool and shaded even on the hottest days. |

 The
gardens are very big and can also be used for barbeques or entertaining
where families or friends can gather to spend an evening together. There
is also an area dedicated to children where they can play with their
favourite toys, for example a small inflatable swimming pool could be
used as an alternative to the resort’s pool. |

 The
swimming pool offers the opportunity to practice sport and relax. Guests
can keep themselves fit by swimming or can relax by simply lying on a
sun-lounger in the surrounding garden and enjoying a drink prepared in
the pool bar with friends and family.

holiday resort is situated in an ideal location, near to the sea and at
the foot of a mountain. It boasts beautiful scenery and caters for the
needs of both the adventurous and less adventurous tourist. Here it is
possible to satisfy all tastes, from sporting activities and sunbathing
