Each villa is on
one level and is divided into four self-contained apartments each 65
metres squared.
Each apartment has
its own large private garden starting from 80 metres squared with an
outdoor car-parking space; some apartments have a car-parking space both
inside and outside of the garden.
The communal
swimming pool is semi-Olympic size, (12.5m x 25m), with a shallow end
for children and an adult area.

Building
details
Heated wall
installation
All internal walls
are insulated and all external walls are built using Poroton® bricks of
30cm (indicated on the plan by the yellow border). These keep the
apartment cool all day as do the trees surrounding each garden which
offer shade.
Sound-proof wall
installation
Even if the area is very quiet, a sound-proof system has also been
installed, again using Poroton® bricks of 30cm both for the internal
and external walls (indicated on the plan by the yellow border). Thanks
to the aluminium frames external noises will not create any problems for
guests as they will not enter in the apartment.
Damp proof system
The site has been
thoroughly drained prior to building work. All internal floors are built
50cm above ground level in order to guarantee protection against damp.
Picerno Building
Company uses only the best materials and all finishing touches are of
the highest quality. Our attention to detail is indisputable, for
example our roof tiles are chosen from some of the best and most famous
names on the market.
